Her contributions have been instrumental in the success and expansion of Prabhu Group across international markets and diverse industries.

Ms. Bhattachan holds various leadership positions within the organization, serving as a Director at Prabhu Group Inc. in the USA, Prabhu Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, Nepal Shipping Lines Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, Nepal Shipping Lines Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, Prabhu Shipping Lines in India and Prabhu Holding Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia. Moreover, she holds the esteemed position of CEO at Nepal Shipping Lines Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal and serves as a Director for Cloud Mandap Pvt. Ltd.

Recognizing the importance of staying updated with global trends, particularly in the realm of online security, Ms. Bhattachan pursued a Master of Science Degree in Cyber Security at NYU, USA. This strategic decision aimed to strengthen her knowledge and expertise in safeguarding against digital threats. Mr. Shrestha has Master’s Degree in Business Administration He worked as a public director for 10 years in Tinau Development Bank Ltd. He is associated with a number at business firms including agro farm, communication firm and manufacturing units. Currently, He is the Vice President and Executive Board Member of Butwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Besides business entities, he is also involved in different social organizations including Lions Club, Leo Club, Redcross Society, Nepal Cancer Society etc.

He is an executive Director in Prabhu Group Pvt. Ltd. since 2022, Director in Prabhu Auto Pvt. Ltd., Director in Nepal Shipping and Multimodal Transport Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu and Director in Nepal Shipping Lines SDN. BHD., Kualalampur, Malaysia. He was associated with Prabhu Money Transfer, Jackson Height, New York, USA as an Operations Officer since 2016 till 2022.

Mr. Pandey has pursued Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (All India 26^th rank) in 2010. He has completed his Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounts (M.Com) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi in 2011. He has completed his Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS) from TU, Kathmandu in 2004.

CA Pandey has been currently involved in various organizations in different positions. He is Chairman in Garima Capital Limited, Director in Kathmandu Capital Limited, Chairman in Bridgewater Education Foundation, Chairman in Academy of Commerce Pvt. Ltd. (CA College), Chairman in Danfe College Pvt. Ltd., Director in Budhanilkantha Heritage Limited (ongoing 5 Star Hotel Project), Director in Bodhi Holding Pvt. Ltd, Director in Parkland Agro Tourism Pvt. Ltd. and Partner in HDSD Associate (Auditing CA Firm). He has also completed Company Secretary Course from Institute of Company Secretaries of India established under Companies Secretaries Act 1980.

CA Pandey has strong Managerial experiences in Project Management, Accounting, Administration, Financial Management, Corporate Law, Tax affairs and Investor relations in Merchant Banking, Educational Sectors, Hospitals, Hotels and Investments. Besides, he has involved in different Governmental sectors in Nepal. He has served as a member of Task force / Law reform committee of Nepal Government and a member of FDI coordination committee that worked to develop the proper systems to communicate and coordinate with foreign investors.

CA Pandey was elected as a Vice President (2017-2019) of The Association of CAs of Nepal (ACAN), Executive Member (2010-2011) of The Association of CAs of Nepal and was appointed as a member (2010 – 2011) of Fiscal, Taxation and Advisory Committee of ICAN. He was awarded with “Youth of the Year Award – 2073” for his contribution and motivating youths in CA education from then Minister of Education. He has also completed Company Secretary Course from Institute of Company Secretaries of India established under Companies Secretaries Act 1980.

CA Gautam has pursued Chartered Accountancy (CA) from ICAI India and Dip. IFRS from ACCA, UK. He has completed his Master’s Degree in Business Studies (MBS) from TU, Kathmandu, Nepal.

CA Gautam is currently involved in G.S.N. Associates (erstwhile Gautam Shankar & Associates), Chartered Accountants, Kathmandu as Managing Partner since October, 2011. His core expertise in is Risk advisory, Business Automation, Process re-engineering, Banking, Auditing and Capital Formation. He is Founder of Sewa 360 Private Limited, Kathmandu since 2018 where ERP Software is developed as Service (SAAS). He is also Founder of Grasella Herbs Private Limited, Kathmandu; a startup engaged in medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs) value chain since 2018. He is   Co-founder of Liberty Holdings Private Limited, Kathmandu; an investment company pulling equity from individuals for invested in pre-IPO shares and startups which have demonstrated high growth potential since 2021. He is Co-founder of Annapurna Insurance Services Private Limited, Kathmandu from the start of 2022, with the special motive of providing surveys of claims in insurance industries.

He had served as a Lecturer of MBA Programs (2017-2019) in King’s College, Kathmandu, which is affiliated with Westcliff University, California, USA. He was also Founder/Director/Lecturer (2015-2017) in Gurukul Commerce Academy Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu. Similarly, he was a Lecturer (2011-2015) in Academy of Commerce Pvt. Ltd., CCMA Pvt. Ltd., CIMA Pvt. Ltd., CAI Pvt.  Ltd. and Prime Academy Pvt. Ltd. He has an experience as an Article Assistant (2007-2010) in Oswal Sunil & Company, Chartered Accountant, New Delhi, India during his initial CA career days where he showed his well aptitudes in audit planning and documentations within the deadlines.
